Oof. Those comments make me tear up too. I often wonder how we can show some of the intersectional aspects of queerness without causing harm. This shows up all the time with trans representation (little hints or features that allow the reader/viewer to "clock" a character).
Not sure how to proceed with most, but this commenter did respond positively to my...response. I find suggesting third-party content helps me and usually them see the issue in a different way. Results, as always, may vary. As for "clocks" I tend to use it to tell time...not character or individuality. 🤣🌈✌️❤️
