I apologise for not being clear. I am happy to click and comment on YT. It is no obligation in my mind. But I usually comment there but repeat it on Substack. I have assumed that clicking and commenting on Substack doesn't doesn't affect your income on Substack. I can do it on both.
I’m not sure how comments impact YouTube revenue, but I know it doesn’t impact Substack. That said, I’d rather you do whatever you wanna do. I think the community growing here is more meaningful and has the ability to connect like-minded people more. Whatever you do or don’t do, I appreciate you, boo. 🌈✌️

As for me, my area is far enough away from everything that I'm safe--knock on wood. The winds were nuts yesterday and the ash/smoke seems to cover half the state. Hope Mother Nature takes a break and let's the firefighters work their magic. 2025 is off to a weird start for sure. Cheers! 🌈✌️

I will continue to do as I have been doing. I agree that, generally speaking, Substack is more supportive and inclusive.
