I'm Palmer all the way! Designed for speed and low effort, you use your arm and shoulders more than your hand. It's also rather elegant, IMO. I'm just young enough that I missed it in school and am trying to pick it up now.
But yeah, my brain is analog and likes paper. I keep a quadrille type hard cover notebook as a daily anecdotal. Or I did.... I can't find them with rigid covers anymore. Wtf???

Not familiar with that exact notebook, but if you happen to have a Daiso near you, I tend to find all kinds of unexpected stationary supplies. Japanese book stores often have stationary sections too. I’m like a kid in a candy store. :-)
