Many people are allergic to sucrose and do not know it. Refined sucrose is even worse (that is the

white stuff than can be granulated and made to look so pure.) It is everywhere. If you can use

raw sugar a.k.a. turbinado in your kitchen, it is better; and, of course, minimize your intake of it.

. I tell you all this in response to your complaint about feeling sickly after your delightful fun

weekend. I lived through the misery too long and want you to avoid it, dear Clint.

Thanks for the head’s up, Sam. I’ve been tested and am allegedly okay with sugar (though my waistline is definitely “inflammed”). But LA pollens? That’s a whole nother story. Moving soon, so the dust bunnies I’m finding while packing aren’t helping either. Cheers!
