After several failed attempts to write a blog that summed up all the glad, mad, and sad I’m feeling, I decided to make a playlist instead.
Why? Because sometimes music and poetry cut through all the emotions and get to the heart of what matters. For me anyway.
This motley mix is part of Project Lite-Brite—a playlist of songs that speak to my body, mind, and soul. Songs that help me focus on good stuff and only fight “good” fights.
What song(s) would be on YOUR playlist?
No overthinking, just feeling. Play it loud. Play it proud.
