Glad you are enjoying your trip! My late wife and I took a ship to Alaska in 2014 and really enjoyed seeing Alaska firsthand. Happily, the weather was good going and returning, and the folks we met while on the ship were interesting to talk to. Food was really good. Visit to Anchorage was interesting. Relax and just enjoy your trip!
Thanks, Allen! Iām definitely enjoying the views, the food, and most of the people. One more day of relaxation and one more day of adventures in Victoria, BC, before we return to civilization in Seattle. Cheers!
I'm going to risk boring you with a repetition. I mostly see children with grazes on their knees and elbows. They are mainly healed unless someone kicks or bumps on their legs and arms. Some people need me or someone else to kiss them better. And then there are some others - the wounded assholes - who constantly pick their own scabs, get angry at the blood and pain, then try to kick other people's wounds. Wan sends her best wsihes to you.
Give Wan my best back and never fear boring meā¦I have a relatively short short-term memory. What my brain holds onto is wacky and weird. :-p Iām curious if youāve ever read the work of Natalie Goldberg. Something about her writing teacher meets student of Buddhism reminds me of you. Cheers, my dearsā¦the fighting couple next door seem to have moved or piped down after I screamed at them. They woke me up from a deep sleep so I didnāt care about their wounds. Just their rudeness. Not today, Satan. lol
Thank you, Terry, for reading and enjoying the lumberjack views. The young man showing off his guns was a stunning specimen of a shortstack lumberjack!
I agree completely, Michael. I wish some folks didnāt test mine so much. Faith is a fragile thing in my world. On a different subject, are you familiar with the work of Natalie Goldberg. Sheās a writing teacher and student of Buddhism. Also, like you, born Jewish. One of my favorite authors and I am just curious if you might also be a fan. Cheers!
Oooh. I may have to sign up for that. Iāve always wanted to attend her in-person workshops. But havenāt been able to afford them. A Zoom class might just do the trick. Thank you, Michael, for the recommendation!

Ha ha ha. Didn't see their suspendees or bras but, yes, they are okay - just like my dear mama.
Clint, Faith in humanity is what counts. Fondly Michail.

I do know of Natalie Goldberg, and read her book āWriting Down the Bones". Also just got an announcement of an upcoming workshop. She's doing in May: https://learn.shambhala.com/p/haiku?_kx=xcovRjkvVA5QFH0HjDyC11S5XhTSuBtv8Z8sJMOnvdM.QVyFnU
