When a dear friend mentioned he was attending Q Con today, I invited myself along for the ride. I may not be a huge comic book fan, but I am a huge fan of comic book artists.
Whatās not to love? Nerds and art. Yassss, sir AND maāam!
So if youāre in or around West Hollywood today, drop by and enjoy the free convention:

My friend is way more knowledgeable about the attending guests. But I do know a trio of the artists and am excited to see themāand their workāin person for the first time in years:

JACK FOSTER = guncomic.com
Creator/Writer/Artist of GUNMAXIMUS SPRAGOVSKY = woof-galaxy.com
Creator/Writer/Artist of Woof Galaxy
SINA GRACE = sinagrace.com
Freelance Writer + Artist
Approximately 75 other LGBTQIA+ creatives will be at todayās convention, so there will be plenty of new-to-me art to explore. And maybe add to my collection.
Time to get ready for pre-con brunchā¦and stop by the ATM on my way.
Happy Free Comic Book Day!

Thanks Clint, for the goodness and light that you bring. I stopped by a free comic book day event today. I didn't see much of interest until I saw the name Tuatha on one comic. Unfortunately, it was not about the Tuatha de Danann, just more cultural appropriation, I guess.
