It’s been years since I’ve seen the show, but what a fun refresher course. PBS definitely played this in my area when I was growing up. My dad was a fan of British comedy, so we watched it regularly. And he explained most of the “adult stuff” for me. My mom was a bit of Hyacinth. lol

Her husband (Richard?) was continually amazed at how she completely failed to clue in despite getting verbally slapped upside the head with every phone call. His facial expressions were sometimes like its own story line, lol.
