YouTube is fighting a losing battle because the younger generation (once they're old enough to look around) tend to stop following YT's biggest creators--like MrBeast--and either find another platform--like TikTok--or tune in creators they "vibe" with. Based on my limited experience, the young-uns are more likely to try new views and leave corporate vulture culture scratching their heads. What goes up...must come down. I suspect YT's reign isn't over, but I don't know if it will continue growing. It's one of the reasons they are so desperate to make Shorts work. And one of the reasons I finally decided not to make Shorts anymore. They make it hard on me, so why should I make it easy on them? And taking 45% of AdSense is nonesense. They don't provide much if any support. Mostly bot-fueled bs. I don't like them. Can you tell? :-)
