Little Joe always got paid, though I'm nervous to repost many of his, as I hear he might have been technically underage when he took some of his earliest photos. Such a bad boy. No, I haven't seen any of his pics as far as I know. I also presumed that he presented as old enough that nobody really questioned his age. But I get your point. I was thinking from a perspective like:
If I buy a 50 year old porn mag, am I responsible for whether or not the models in the mag were of age when the pics were taken 50 years ago? No, I'm not.
I didn't take it any further than that though perhaps I should have.
It's always been a pet peeve of mine. People being held responsible for not having information they had no access to and people being held responsible for failing to control events they had nothing to do with and were miles away at the time.
Why yes, as a matter of fact I did grow up in a house where I was personally responsible for the price of tea in China. Why do you ask?
Oh I get it. I don't think if you buy a mag you'd face any problems, especially without knowledge. But I am in the position of potentially redistributing images I've heard might be "questionable." Chances are good I used them before I knew. I don't keep track like that. I make a video or two a day on average. No way I'm gonna remember.
As for tea, I was responsible for making the tea in my house...sweet, iced tea by the gallon. So much sugar I can't even drink it sweet anymore. lol
Agreed. I think it'd be ridiculous to ask you to remember anything like that. Yeah, maybe better to hold off in any pics in which he looks under thirty.
This actually makes the fourth time of heard of an underage person plotting, planning, fabricating docs, etc. with the deliberate intent to deceive their target into believing the person was of age.
But I'm old fashioned in my thinking. If you're old enough to die for your country, you're old enough to buy a beer. Completely off point, I had a Russian teacher in college who was a partisan in Lithuania blowing up bridges and laying mines while toting a machine gun. She and her cousin were 15.
I think redistributing CP, regardless of how it was obtained is still not legal (here anyway). My understanding is Joe presented himself as an adult (complete with fake ID when he was around 16 to photographers like Bob Mizer on a trip to LA). If you haven't seen the photos, he looks young, but not that young. His classic good looks have always been timeless.
