As for internet, I'm pretty sure they'll want to keep your business, so go in confident...and be ready to switch if they fuck around. My now-former had the audacity to tell me they'd have reduced my $105/month plan to $30/month if I had "just asked." Frankly, I'm not interested in doing business with companies like that, even though most do it to some degree. Spectrum is one of the worst offenders here. I won't be sad when they eventually go bankrupt. :-p
