Thanks Clint for the Leslie Jordan portrait. Willie Nelson's birthday twin. The Most Unoriginal Sin is playing in my head and soon to be playing on my PC.
I'm finding it actually feels pretty good to get rid of old stuff that is just taking up space. Start with the stuff that doesn't have sentimental for you. It's amazing how much can fall into that category!
Oh, I could, but it’s been twelve years…and this new situation checks a lot of boxes, including living with one of my favorite people. But in a detached apartment. We’ll be close enough to hang out anytime, but far enough away to enjoy our privacy. Cheers and best wishes for a Gran Canaria next chapter!
Oh, don't buy the hype. LA is a big, sprawling mess of a city. No rhymes and few reasons. There are "glamorous" parts, but most are so filled with no-taste nouveau riche I can't take them serious. That said, there are some truly stunning historic (for CA) neighborhoods. Pasadena has some of the coolest Arts and Crafts homes in the world. In my limited experience...and one of my favorite museums: Norton Simon. Glad I live so close. :-)
Decluttering always puts me in a better mood! Good luck with your move!
Thank you, Elle! I’m digging in the deep today…fingers crossed it does a mind, body, and mood good. All the best to you and yours.

Play on, play on, player! Cheers, Steve. :-)

Good advice, Dan. Thanks. Most of it will likely fall in that category. :-p
