Thank you (❣️) I was 14 when this interview happened, and Boy George and Prince were both larger-than-life figures for me at that time. I was trying to walk the razor's edge of androgyny back then, drawing influence from figures like those two. There were so few models off the binary in those days.

I was a baby when Culture Club originally broke up, but my brother was a fan so I knew of Boy George.
The first second hand vinyl records I bought were Culture Club's first two albums. Been a fan ever since.
