Lubbly Jubbly as Del Boy would say, (Google it!!!)

Now have I got some ramblings to post on about the main šŸŒˆ area in London from the 60's onwards. The (in)famous Colherne pub and YT anecdotes from people from the time. Think of the Stonewall or Baby Cakes era of our history in and around Earls Court a long time before the šŸŒˆ life moved into the West End/Soho. Earls Court started like as a cosmopolitan area with the Australians coming over for extended visits and touring UK in campervans etc. Earls Court Road was like an extension of Sidney and the road was full of Aussies selling cars/vans/campers before returning to Oz. Such social history from times long gone. Oh and don't forget Princess Di lived in the area before she was mated to Charles. Cheers DougT šŸ‡«šŸ‡“

You're a fountain of knowledge and pop culture classsics. As an amateur Angophile, I appreciate the history lessons. I googled Del Boy and his ramblings. I think I had to be there. But I'm all up to speed on Little Britain if that's any help. lol
