When you have re-emerged, you two could work together as intuitive healers. In any case. you can help each other to grow in that direction. I am wondering whether you look at photos and "see" things about the people. If so, then you could use it with live contacts as an intuitive, psychic and/or healer, too. Drewski can sense auras.
Drewski is becoming more and more in tuned with his gifts. As am I. We talk about what we feel and know quite a bit. He’s more “trained” than I. Though I’ve been aware of my gifts longer. As for photos, I definitely “see” and feel things about people. Sometimes I don’t even need a picture to get a good idea who someone is and what they’re about. One of these days, I’ll study more. Using the word intelligence is basically a scam to try to convince people that there's a shortcut to learning things rather than doing research and work. If your devices use iOS, you already know what a shitshow Siri has become. And Google Search? Oh brother. Between the censorship and lack of relevant results, I’ve turned to using a Russian search engine more and more. Yandex isn’t perfect, but it isn’t overrun by AI…yet. :-)

I do not considered AI to be “Intelligence”, I wish they had chosen a different term. What do I mean; remember when science started talking about global warming. Basically, I understood what they were talking about and the danger it posed to the earth. But, imagine you’re a guy sitting in his yard on a pleasant day when it is 70 degrees. Do you really think that guy is terrified of the future when instead of 70 it will 72.3. Climate change would have been the much better term to use instead of “global warming”. To me AI has the same problem, it isn’t really “intelligence”, it is a very fast computer with a massive amounts of date available to it. I prefer to consider intelligence as something only a sentient being is capable of having. I may or may not be full of shit. I first encountered “tech” in the early sixties and worked in the field until the early 2000’s, and I base my opinions of what computers can and cannot do based on those many many years of experience using, coding, designing, and fixing software. AI is software! Now I may be dead wrong, but I see AI as basically a tool that can “read” massive amounts of data/information very rapidly and then assemble it into a common format that it has been programmed to do. I do not see it as “thinking”. Yeah, I’m sure it is more complicated than I describe the process, but intelligence is not just knowing things it is understanding what those things mean, are they right or wrong, are they moral or not moral. AI cannot feel emotion, it can only spout knowledge that it has found and then evaluated by a formula or algorithm. So what is called AI can be dangerous, but it is absolutely not intelligence. Once we get over the “intelligence” shit, then we can start worrying about AI taking over the world.
Might have to start quoting you on this one, Walt. AI is far from intelligent. And the marketers attempting to force feed it to us are pretty fucking dumb too in my opinion. Slowly but surely they’re being replaced by the very product they are hawking. Oh. Well. Adapt or die, right? I bet you have some great stories from your tech adventures. Cheers!

Goddam Brian, I'm too sett in my ways to fully welcome the AI world. I've sett out my stall enough to you in the past about the early start of AI in the photography and media fields. The misuse of imagery manipulation (deep fakes) was bad enough. I saw some articles about AI/chatbots overruling decisions from each other. Other times an AI programme (in controlled testing) stating it was in charge and couldn't be turned off. The program counter checked all efforts to disable it. I also sent you some YT clips of (animations?) of AI conversations between themselves, scary. Pandora's box is well and truly opened. I recognise that AI can be of use to humankind BUT not the masters of humanity. So again am I a luddite for the real reasons? I have qualms about AI, as it is at present, and I probably won't see its ultimate future. I write stories, with lots of dialogue. People do not speak as they write. I tend to write as my characters speak and my "AI" repeatedly corrects it to probably business English or asks "Did you mean ...? A better way of phrasing it would be ......"
I am certainly unsure about AI in creative work - art, music (maybe pop music with 4 chords), fiction - except as a tool.
Honestly, Ray, you’re not missing much. The AI tools are okay as tools, but still don’t find every spelling or grammar error. And you’re so right about dialogue! AI dialogue is usually ridiculous. But the models get better every day. Who knows what the future holds. I’m fine using them as tools…and I’m okay being a bit Luddite about them too. Cheers!
When I first met a computer, it was a f**king huge building. I learnt 2 computer programming languages and used them in a small open office punching holes in paper tapes and cards. Later, with a PC, I learnt Basic to program my PC and soon after word-processing software arrived.
Thereafter, I stopped trying to understand. It wasn't because I couldn't; I couldn't be bothered with it.
Now, everything is magic - broken magic because my computer refuses to do what I want and tries to force me to do exactly it wants. I am reduced to toddlerhood by a screen, with no body, that insists that do things its way "Because it is easier". I can do sums in my head but it wants me to count on my fingers.
