Mind your own garden. It's hard not to engage with the news, but putting oneself on a strict news diet is necessary for mental health. Community is our strength as we hang on to hope (my slogan for this new year). My great solace is knitting, much knitting/creating with loving stitches for folks to hug on. Fiber folks make for a beautiful community.
