Wherever you are in the world, whatever variety of Supermodel (or Superstar) you are (or aim to be), I hope you’re having an easy, breezy, and beautiful day.
Here in "Sunny California," Mother Nature decided to over-achieve on the sunshine, making it HOT (as hell) for the third straight day (with at least three more to go).
Dunno about you, but I was not designed for this kinda weather. Mother…NATURE!
While heat waves aren't my cup of (iced) tea, I'm making the best of it by 1) Waking up early; 2) Working until it’s too hot; 3) Staying as cool as possible with a combo of fans, water, and air conditioning (only when necessary); and 4) Finding things on the internet that make me smile.
Here’s a trio of clips that represent different kinds of HOT (and cool) to me:
“Waaaake upl Wake up! Wake upl Wake upl Up ya wake! Up ya Wake! Up ya wakel This is Mister Señor Love Daddy. Your voice of choice. The world's only twelve-hour strong man on the air, here on WE-LOVE radio, 108 FM. The last on your dial, but the first in ya hearts, and that's the truth Ruthl”
Samuel L. Jackson (as Mister Senior Love Daddy)
The opening scene of Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing sums up the vibe I’m trying to “curate” and demonstrate today. WE-LOVE Radio!

Men in kilts? Yes. All day. Any day. Any kind of weather. Yes. (Thanks, Doug!)
Jackson Dean first caught my eye (and ear) when I saw the viral video of him singing the national anthem. He was a high school football player then. He’s a “fast-rising” country singer-songwriter now. “Daddy Raised” is one of his latest tracks. The video was released just last night. It’s my kinda country music.
As part of today’s “Keep It Cool” initiative, I’m working on some new videos…including montages on one of my favorite photographers as well as one celebrating daddies, silver foxes, and sugar daddies.
Cuz who couldn’t use a little sugar in their (iced) coffee or tea?
Thanks for reading!

As I sit here in the rainy Oregon weather, I am reminded of what sunshine and warmth felt like 😂
Jealous in Portland
I started wearing kilts during Covid when my arthritis flared and boots off then jeans on then boots back on then get the mail then boots off then jeans off then boots back on ... all became too much. This summer I haven't even unearthed my shorts. It's been kilts all the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.
