Click Your Heels Together Three Times + Let's Have Cheesecake

One of the crew made the video above and it’s amused me since he first shared it.

Today it feels apropos of something:

Like Ms. Gale, some things just needed to click for me to get back to our home…page.
Like Ms. Dzbornak, I often crave cheesecake in the middle of the night.

While I didn’t have any cheesecake, my brain and mouse did get to clicking overnight.

Thanks to Fourthwall’s powerful platform and simple tools, I added memberships and public posts to our shop and site. A true everything-but-newsletter solution.

That means, for now, Substack will continue to be used for email newsletters. We might switch to Beehiiv (since it has an integration with FW) but not sure yet.

We love Substack as a platform. It’s a solid platform. But it suffers from a few tech limitations. And a few feature fixations.

Chats, DMs, and Notes? Oh my! I barely have time to read the newsletters I enjoy. Much less juggle more social media tools.

Personally and professionally, my goal is to spend less time on social media and more time on creative projects big and small.

Speaking of which, it’s time to get to work.
