The Rule Of Three (To Me)
Celebrating Bug Fixes + Launching YT Shopping + (Re)Opening More Store
“The Rule Of Three is a storytelling principle that suggests people better understand concepts, situations, and ideas in groups of three.
“Over time, the rule has been confirmed by anthropological experts as an archetypal principle that works on three levels: sentences, situations, and stories.”

Yesterday was a big day in the small world of Collide Press.
And, like most good things, it followed the Rule Of Three:
Fourthwall found and fixed a bug that prevented the Collide Press Shop from connecting with YouTube. Almost three weeks of headaches are over.
Once it was finally connected, our work finally started showing up on the Store tab of our YouTube channel.
After realizing the potential of this new avenue of revenue, we decided to (re)open another store: Our More Store is back (from its long winter’s nap).
Today will be a day of digital spring cleaning, creating, and curating.
Of three shopping platforms. And three social media platforms.
Maybe more. Math is hard.
I’ll spare you the details of why we decided to reopen the More Store.
But long story short: Every platform has its pros and its cons.
We have yet to find one that does everything we want it to.
Going forward, in order of priority, here’s where you can find our work for sale:
MORE STORE
(Update: We had some problems with Spring, so no more More Store.)
YouTube integrates with the first two, but not the third.
Last, but certainly not least, Threadless still rocks.
Budget-friendly, high-quality products.
Off to double-down on our other Rule Of Three trios:
ART + DESIGN + MORE
PAST + PRESENT + PRIDE
SHOP + SUBSCRIBE = SUPPORT
It’s taken over a year, but we might be onto some Rule Of Three goodness.
Thanks for reading!

Actors Access Latest Target In Class Action Lawsuit Over Its Pay-To-Play Service By Lynette Rice SAG-AFTRA continues to make itself look dumb and out-of-touch with reality. After decades of paying to play, some of its “professional” make-believers are having buyer’s remorse and using the legal system to punish businesses for…doing business? Get tf out of here. These folks (including several SAG-AFTRA board members) need an enema. The entire industry is about getting paid to play. Ironic…doncha stink? This is not good business, good entertainment, or a good fight. Full stop.
