💯 Clint! I've got a closet full of craft supplies that followed art journaling workshops and decorating schemes that now just taunt me from their shelves. But I'm getting a bit better - haven't thought "This new hobby will change my life" in quite some time.
Jeepers Clint my GAS collection is building up too. It's mostly old electricals, microwaves/TV's that type of thing. My problem is not having a car I can't get to the household recycling centre. I don't want to ask friends etc to take them in their cars so it build up 🥺 Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and get a recycle guy in. The problem in the UK is many are not licenced and you never know if they will be fly tipping the items 😲 Bloody first world problems. Cheers DougT 🇫🇴🇬🇧
As someone who downsized from a 3 story home in SF with a two-car garage to a one bedroom (technically a studio as the bedroom isn't of a legal size) in NYC, I feel you.
A long career in IT meant I had a lot of do-dads. Now, most of it is gone, including the car and the two motorcycles.
I'm still getting rid of stuff. It's cathartic, you won't miss it.
the hard part is letting go of books that built your career. They're not rare, but they stand as testaments to your life. I still need to let them go...
So, so true, Loh! Thanks for sharing your experience. As hard as it can be to let some things go, much of it is very, very easy…looking forward to this new chapter. Cheers! (And I totally feel you on the book front too.)

We all have our thing(s), don’t we? I’m definitely working on needing/wanting less. It’s a process. :-p
What a handsome stud Vincent price was in his youth! Thanks, Clint
Glad I’m not the only one who thinks so. Mr. Price has always been a personal fave. :-)
Thanks Clint.
