Collide Press has changed a lot since I founded it in 2022.
What started as a collaborative collective of LGBTQ creatives selling original art has evolved into something else entirely—a one-man band for my creative endeavors.
As my friends got busy on other projects, I got busy becoming a content creator, working under the Collide Press banner.
My WordPress became my Substack.
And my YouTube channel spawned my Twitch channel.
Until recently, the Collide Press Shop was the centerpiece of all my creative and professional efforts. A few months ago, however, I shifted my focus to Substack.
While the Shop and my “Artist Shop” on Threadless remain part of the big picture, they’re now in more “supporting roles.”
Substack is now my creative home—a space where I love creating and curating for people who appreciate my work.
While YouTube may offer a larger audience, Substack is a better fit for me and my work…in ways big and small.
Long story short: I’m focusing on making my Substacks more creative, educational, and entertaining—virtual spaces I hope you find worth sharing with your nears, dears, and queers.
For me, learning from history, my own and others’, isn’t just about avoiding mistakes. It’s about evolving. Exciting updates are on the way—stay tuned.
Thanks for reading!
Clint
P.S. I’m making some major and minor tweaks behind-the-scenes. In case I mess something up and you encounter a broken link, please check my new Linktree.
