Thanks, Steve…chamomile is one of my sleepy time teas. It’s Sunday so there will be NAPS. :-)

As a British man I ought to like tea (hot strong fermented tea with milk and little sugar). I decided as a teen to prefer coffee (then only served as the brown drink made with powder or granules. It only tastes of coffee in cakes). This adolscent decision offended by Chinese spirit guide (my brother in a life 300 years ago - long story and irrelvant here). He was appeased when I drank green unfermented tea. I drink green teas and blended coffee bean coffee. The bitter black free refill coffee in the US with little or no body isn't for me, either. I drink both of these hot or iced, no milk, no sugar.

I loved your essay. I believe that we all can be kind, caring, loving and appreciative of one another and to affirm them in that way.

Your spirit guide sounds like he has good taste. Green tea is delicious. Cheers and virtual hugs, dear Ray!

What an uplifting essay, Clint! Your gratitude and suggestion to pass on words of encouragement to others are infectiously inspiring. From one iced tea lover to another!

Much appreciated, James. I’m convinced the world would be a better place if we all focused more on what we like…instead of what makes us scared. Thank you for your emails. I’m catching up on replies…cheers!

I grew up a tea drinker. To the point that there were different teas for different times of the day. I still drink tea, but only occasionally. But it better be good. Iced tea, brewed tea, didn't matter. Murchies from Canada is my preferred brand.

I learning to love it again. After years of too-sweet-for-me tea, I only drink unsweetened now…or lightly, naturally sweet. A lil bit of honey makes me so happy! ;-)

And the lid must be put over the brew immediately upon adding the water.

(Did you know that bergamot oil that flavors Earl Grey Tea is mildly toxic? So, if

you experience odd eyesight after enjoying, that might be why.)

Thanks Sam for the addition of putting the tea pot lid on immediately. Now I'm a Breakfast Tea type of guy with no Earl Grey to sully my 👄 so I'll be ok about the mild toxins 🧐 Cheers DougT 🇫🇴

Believe it or not, without knowing it, I mostly follow your “rules and recommendations.” Perhaps I’m more of an Anglophile than I thought. I love my electric kettle so! Cheers, dears!
