COLLIDE PRESS began as a part-time passion projectāan outlet for my love of creating LGBTQ art and design. Over the past year, itās grown into my full-time obsession, expanding into LGBTQ creativity and history.
Once upon a time, my focus was my Shop. Today, itās my Substack.
Once upon a time, I fought censorship tooth and nailāespecially on YouTube.
Today, I look for creative workarounds that donāt compromise my creative vision.
Like most mashups and remixes, COLLIDE PRESS hasnāt always been easy to define:
Itās part eye candy. Itās part history.
Itās part manly montages. Itās part mouthy manifestos.
Lately, Iāve been feeling the need to clarify, define, evolve, and focus.
Donāt worryāthe sparkās still here. Iām not turning away from the male form or the power of montages. But I am reframing the shot. Zooming in. Going a little deeper.
So whatās next?
šø More Photography
𤩠More Pop Culture
š More Pride
This isnāt about playing it safe. Itās about playing it smart.
Itās about queer creativityānot just queer thirst.
About honoring the past and remixing it for the present and future.
Whether you're here for the eye candy or the history lessons, Iām honored youāre here, my dears. You're right where you belong.
Welcome to the ānew and improvedā COLLIDE PRESS:
Created. Curated. And Queer!
Keep calm and carry on!
