I have rarely, if ever, enjoyed driving. Driving in small densely packed countries such as the UK and Thailand is unlike - or so I imagine - driving in the US. There are always other vehicles, other people, animals. Yes, there are open roads but they are rarely straight but narrowly wind through villages, valleys, up and down hills, avoiding the steepest hills, the lakes, the farmlands. I could rarely completely relax on these narrow roads because round a blind bend there could be another car coming in the opposite direction, or a tractor or a large loaded truck, slowly blocking my track with no space to overtake it.
I’ve seen enough videos to know I wouldn’t enjoy driving everywhere. And the LA area (more populous that some countries) is far from ideal. But the roads mostly make sense and the majority of drivers don’t suck too badly. Also, Sunday is an ideal day to get out and about. So many are home or church or doing anything but driving. Might make Sunday my get out and drive day. Cheers, Uncle Ray!
Thanks Clint, Clark and Langston. This is 🏳️🌈Alec🌈, one of our local content creators, He likes to drive too. His videos are long, but his voice is enjoyable. This one is longer than usual, so I suggest skipping to 01:07:40 for the political part https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KtQ9nt2ZeGM 🏳️🌈🌈🎶❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🚢😱🐧🎵
Clint, hope your drive goes/went well. My brother and SIL flew back from Barbados after their 14 night cruise in the early hours of Sunday morning. I'll get in touch with him tomorrow just so he can recover from the long flight home. Cheers DougT 🏴🇬🇧
Enjoy yourself Dear Clint! Today and Always!!!
A belated thank you, Larry. Cheers!

I hope that you enjoyed your trucking or car-ing.

Thanks, Steve! I’ve watched this guy before, but didn’t know much about him. Thanks for reintroducing him and his smart pov to me. Cheers!

Thanks, Doug. The drive did the trick. Hope your brother and sister-in-law had a great time and don’t have too much jetlag. Cheers!
Clint, Safe travels! Fondly, Michael
