It didn’t take us long to remember why we stopped using Spring (for our More Store): Their over-reliance on automated software and systems.
I’ll spare you the soap opera. The TLDR version is their bots deleted several of our listings without notification. Just disappeared. When I emailed, they reinstated them but wouldn’t address the lack of notification. When I asked again, they ignored me. So I had them close the shop.
They choose Zendesk. I choose Zen. Here’s what I had to say about it on Threads:
