It isn't a matter of returning to what you once were but a case of becoming who you will be. Remember I said some weeks ago, we are never the same person that we were yesterday (this morning, this lunchtime). We can choose to grow, improve or we can decide to fade. The physical stuff takes longer than the psychological changes.
I do remember, but I sometimes think I’m an exception to the rules. Instead of being an exceptional example of the rules. So much change…for the better. It’s taking some getting used to. Especially the delayed response of my body…and sometimes my mind too. Cheers!
Clint, What a beautiful, amazing "tell all" "admit all" which I am sure, if I may, was not easy to share! I have always believed (I am not the only one) that awareness is the beginning of change and with awareness, change cannot help by come along and continue for the better. Congratulations on your being on that road to greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and physical and mental growth as you becomming a healthier, happier person. You may never be "perfect" but you will definitely be better and better with each day, even if there are occasional seet backs. I LOVE YOU! Fondly, Michael
Much appreciated, Michael. I’m airing out my dirty laundry as I become more aware of how much it impedes my growth and recovery. Slowly but surely, I’m becoming a better version of myself. I consider publishing all my “stuff” a way to stay accountable…and to reverse the shame I’ve built up around it. Sending much love, light, and laughter your way. And a song too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xn676-fLq7I
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger but sometimes it feels a lot like dying. One just needs to keep on keeping on. Please that you are making progress. Fondly, Michael

Think of yourself as in a chrysalis. It is a struggle to get out of it but the struggle is well worth it, Mr Butterfly. Fly beautiful spirit!
Thank you, love…I’m flapping my gums more than my wings. :-p
