I'm pleased to be informed of your shingles shot! I know first hand what a drag it is to come down with it. When you're also dealing with other painful situations, it really turns into a Pain Party and one I don't care to revisit!! It's that time of season to get those sorts of things taken care of! Flu, Covid, etc. You not only protect yourself, but others as well!
Sorry you had to go through shingles. I’ve heard from a couple of folks I know that it is MISERABLE. So a day of not feeling great, napping, and a sore arm are well worth the price to avoid that. Thanks for all your love and support, Larry…cheers!
Glad you got the vaccine. I had Shingles when I was 50 and it ended up with me, from March to the end of the year, being home from teaching and retiring the next year. Quite ill with avoiding damage to my eye and ear on the left side! Good mixed with the bad, there is a wonderful life after retirement! Now get that desk dusted and get back to work! Yeahhhh Clint on getting your Shingles jab. Shingles is one of those sneaky lil MFr's that come from nowhere but creates havoc. I had mine done a couple years back, our marvellous NHS monitors our ages and suggests routine things to fix and get done. Of course if your an antiVaxxer you can refuse them. I had my seasonal flu jab last Saturday. Routine stomach aorta aneurysm ultrasound scan at 65 and so the list goes on ✅ Sadly....to some elements in 🇺🇸 ......public health care is....too socialist, but let me not go there or I'll be on my soapbox 📣.....again. Now to carry on the dance day mode
