Despite the gray skies and pesky pollen here in Los Angeles today, I’m celebrating a much-needed break in the construction next door by cranking up the psychedelic silliness of Deee-Lite and dancing around the room like no one’s watching.
Won’t you join me on the dance floor?
Yesterday’s frown has officially been flipped, thanks to the glorious silence that greeted me this morning.
I woke up early, bracing myself for the chaos and noise. But when 7am came and went without a peep, I celebrated by slipping back in bed for another hour of booty sleep. Just what the doctor ordered.
So here I am, recharged, re-energized, and ready for the world.
Life may not always give us disco balls and glitter boots, but when it does, be ready to dance. Even if the sky is gray, the headlines suck, and the allergies aren’t playing nice.
Now tell me—what song are you putting on to lift your mood today?
Let’s dance, y’all!
