While pizza can’t be a regular staple, it will be an occasional treat. I learned many years ago that “no” diets are not my cup of tea. It tends to make me crave the forbidden “fruit” even more. :-)

No nightmares, but I did have that dream about a deep-dish pizza. Pizza is my Kryptonite. But I’m learning! Nutritional labels in the UK sound a lot more colorful than our bland black-and-white ones. Maybe that’s why I have such a hard time to reading them. lol

Definitely approaching this next chapter with an “everything in moderation” perspective. 80% of the time I’ll follow the doctors’ orders. And 20% of the time, I’ll enjoy myself. I’m told it works, so let’s do this!
