While pizza can’t be a regular staple, it will be an occasional treat. I learned many years ago that “no” diets are not my cup of tea. It tends to make me crave the forbidden “fruit” even more. :-)
No nightmares, but I did have that dream about a deep-dish pizza. Pizza is my Kryptonite. But I’m learning! Nutritional labels in the UK sound a lot more colorful than our bland black-and-white ones. Maybe that’s why I have such a hard time to reading them. lol
Definitely approaching this next chapter with an “everything in moderation” perspective. 80% of the time I’ll follow the doctors’ orders. And 20% of the time, I’ll enjoy myself. I’m told it works, so let’s do this!

Now Clint how about satisfying your need gor deep crust Pizza but in a more healthy way, you've got nothing to loose. Cheers DougT
Interesting recipe…though without crust, I just can’t consider it pizza. :-p
😜 it's all about re-educating your thoughts on what food is, Cheers.
If I’m being honest, it’s not like I paid much attention to the first course. I preferred skipping to dessert! :-p
Keep learning. Keep adjusting, Keep growing - not in size.
Thanks Clint. No Pizza For You! Cheese is usually pretty salty.

Always a pleasure, Mr. Wharton. Keep keeping it together!
