For the past few weeks, I’ve started my days looking forward to writing. Usually something short. Every other day, I’ve been writing a longer post for Substack.
Today was an exception to that rule.
I woke up not wanting to write. Or do anything creative for that matter.
Truth is I still don’t. But I’m doing it anyway. And I’m feeling better already.
“An object in motion tends to remain in motion along a straight line unless acted upon by an outside force.”
Isaac Newton
“Inspiration is for amateurs. The rest of us just show up and get to work.”
Chuck Close
So instead of getting nostalgic or watching philosophic about moods or days that end in WHYYY?!?, I’m going to keep things short, sweet, and to the point.
