One year ago today, I wrote my first blog and sent my first newsletter on Substack. The rest, as they say, is history—or at least, my history.
To celebrate, I’m taking a moment to look back and look forward.
Over the past year, I’ve shared ideas, inspiration, and more than a few rants and raves. Through it all, I’ve grown as a collector, creator, and curator—and found a community of fans, followers, and friends who share my passion for art, beauty, and (let’s be mighty real) booty.
Thank YOU for helping make this anniversary so special!
As I kick off Year Two, here’s what I plan to do more—and less—of:
MORE
Celebrating + Collecting + Creating + Curating
Meditating + Minding My Manners
Recharging + Relaxing + Relating + Releasing
LESS
Reacting + Overreacting
Stressing + Sweating The Small Stuff
This next year, I’m doubling down on what makes this space special: focusing on our shared history and humanity.
While the haters are gonna hate—and try to dick-tate—I’m determined to love and celebrate more. To me, life is too damn short not to embrace the full spectrums of gender expression and sexual identity.
To be very clear—and very queer—while my focus may be on “The Male Gayze,” I love and respect (almost) everyone. Especially those of us who “color” outside the lines.
I’m here to grow better, bigger, and bolder.
I’m queer to celebrate louder and prouder.
And if you’re not already…get ready for it.
Thank you for being a friend…and please remember: Queer Together!

A few people asked me to remake a t-shirt from one of my favorite vintage photos. So I finally did.

Well Clint, about "reacting"... We empaths, react when we witness pain and suffering in the world. We cannot unsee or ignore these things. We feel them, sometimes intensely. So, reacting to them is in our nature. However, HOW we manifest our reactions is a learned discipline. I happen to have struggled with this all my life. And I blame my untamed mouth for my failures. It continues to act as a rogue agent, broadcasting my feelings to the universe often without restraint. What to do? ;-)
